Well I'll vote for Erick in the primary. I'll hold on whether I'll be voting for the senate race in the general. I don't want to vote for anyone who has voted for Obama for 2 terms. Stupid or Evil

Well, sure, it's January. I don't know what I'm going to do in November either. Actually voting for Democrats is very rare for me. I know I like Bellows communications director (quality rock star) and I don't like Collins. I don't see myself voting for Collins.

RE: Shenna Bellows
Compare these two quotes from Rebekah Metzler's BDN column on the aftermath of Omaba's SOTU call for increasing minimum wage:

COLLINS: “I think it’s been four or five years since we’ve raised the minimum wage that a good case can be made for a raise; but to say $10.10 is a substantial jump from $7.25."

BELLOWS: “Hardworking Mainers and Americans all across the country are struggling because a gridlocked Congress is more concerned with corporate profits than workers’ well being. I think it should be higher than $10.10.”

Bellows wants it even higher than $10.10.
I've asked before why anyone would trust her with the keys to the government treasury with views like these?

Reread my post about The Liberty Index. Chellie Pingree got an aggregate score of 37.5 because she scored 75 on personal liberties but ZERO on economic liberties.

Does anyone believe that Bellows would be any different?

RE: Shenna Bellows
You are right Collins is death by a thousand papercuts... neither position is Conservative , IMO. One is just the so called lesser of two evils. And how will Collins vote on the issue when it comes up, she will vote nay after she votes yea to bring it to a floor vote.

RE: Shenna Bellows
Even though I have not made up my mind, I too am leaning in the direction of voting for Shenna Bellows. I agree that it may be time to say good-bye to Susan Collins. However, I would like to learn more about Bellows before making a decision. Unfortunately I am reading that Angus King is supporting Susan Collins for re-election. I was a bit suprised for his support to Collins. In past elections Collins has received a very high percentage of votes. Bellows is going to need to campaign hard but I think she may of a shot!

RE: Shenna Bellows
Angus endorsed Susan because his gurus read the tea leaves predicting GOP control of the Senate next session. He is protecting his committee assignments by buying into the Republican caucus.

Two peas in a pod. All four of our congresscritters are progressives. They may vary in style, but not substance.

RE: Shenna Bellows
Bellows snubbed at Bangor rally

SOURCE

Today, adding to the parade of endorsements Democratic gubernatorial candidate Mike Michaud has been pushing of late, First Lady Michelle Obama flew up to Bangor to stump for him . .

. . Noticeably absent, however, was U.S. Senate candidate Shenna Bellows. Not only did she not speak . . she wasn’t even in the building . .

. . Wherever the request to leave out Bellows came from, the lack of unity today was clearly on display. If Emily Cain hadn’t spoken, it wouldn’t have been quite so obvious – then it could have been played as Michaud’s event. However, when the entire top of the ticket speaks at the event except for one person, it becomes blatantly clear that there’s a reason. For an event this big, this close to the election, with so much free media to be had, the “scheduling conflict” excuse doesn’t wash.

Why include Sheena they have their gal Susan.

This is a good of a reason as any to vote for Sheena instead of not voting for Collins. I have another reason to go to the polls, to vote for Sheena.

RE: Shenna Bellows
Whenever there is a RINO/socialist running, it is better to vote for the most far out socialist non-Democratic candidate so their wacky party makes future ballots and sucks off votes for the major party socialist candidate(s) if and when in the future there is a major party or other viable candidate that puts the people and the constitution first. That's what I am doing the MA governor's race.
