Well it took about two weeks to get to talk to a manager at Fairpoint and that was because I called them every day to demand someone call me back. This manager tried to spin around the issue but finally gave up and apologized. She still could not understand why I said that Fairpoint was a terrible company for customer service. I do have her telephone number and name so if you have problems with the them let me know and I will share that info with you.
