The First Thread in the Great Unraveling?

An interesting piece by Clarice Feldman getting into more depth on the delay of Flynn's sentencing, the recusal (not voluntary) of the judge to have heard the case, and the suggestion that Mueller may withdraw the case. This is to take place after the IG's report, and further suggests that there is at least a little to my earlier comments about the fruit of the poison tree doctrine coming into play.

Until these people start doing some serious jail time, nothing and I mean nothing will change.

It sounds like Mueller has likely pulled the same old shit that all of the cadre of assholes on the team are famous for, that being withholding exculpatory evidence. If at least the wrong guy doesn't go to prison, that's not a bad thing. Rush today is coming up with something like that predicated on a Victor Davis Hanson article he has cited. Apparently this train of thought is making the rounds. Please don't misunderstand me in that the thought of f**k-face Mueller being a prison bitch does not upset me in the least.

The article Limbaugh was talking about.

I can't get away from the thought that he is scared to death of the job he wanted so badly. He supposedly sent some redneck to the death house for a civil rights murder and now is literally hiding from a bunch of DC pussies.

FISC and FISA should never have been allowed, we can thank W for that and as always every bit of liberty stealing legislation or edict always comes to bite us in the ass.

A similar edict or POTUS executive order was issued by Trump on 12-21-17, https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-...orruption/ as emergency eo and allowing seizure of assets etc from anyone everywhere as defined by whomever in the future wants to interpret it.

Can anyone that we elect have the ability to think beyond their Dick Cheney?

According to this Mueller has been ordered to provide any & all exculpatory evidence. Sounds like the same old shit of withholding evidence ala Scooter Libby that Mueller and a number of others in his coven of sleezebags are so prone to do. They broke Flynn financially and pushed until it was a hopeless matter to continue.

"When Judge Contreras pulled out, Flynn’s case was reassigned to Judge Emmet G. Sullivan. We now know that one of Judge Sullivan’s first actions on the case was to file an order directing Mueller to provide Flynn with any evidence in the special counsel’s possession that is favorable to Flynn, whether on the issue of guilt or of sentencing. Significantly, the order stresses that if Mueller has such evidence but believes it is not “material” and therefore that Flynn is not entitled to disclosure of it, Mueller must show the evidence to the court so that Judge Sullivan may decide whether to mandate its disclosure"

According to this article, this seems bad news for ms mueller. The newly appointed judge is noted for being wild about the job they did on Ted Stevens by withholding exculpatory information, and is noted for being a real stickler about defendant rights. Ms mueller and company all are noted to varying degrees to withhold anything useful to the defense, and in some cases inventing law, as in "collusion". This could be Flynn's lucky day, and while it seems too hopeful, be the end of this farce comedy who's ONLY REAL target is the president. Any others are simply pawns & levers for their organized sedition.

Ms mueller's "pitbull", read crooked lawyer, Weissmann is not very likely to improve the prosecutions' position with the new judge.
