"duty to retreat"
Was reading the March 2018 Guns & Ammo magazine that came to my door and awhile back G&A did 2017 Best State for Gun Owners (Nov 2017) article where they ranked the 50 states.

Maine came in the midland of the 50. In the march 2018 mag (pg10) a Maine reader asks why Maine is ranked so low considering constitutional carry etc.

G&A responded that 20 percent of rating was given for Castle Doctrine category and that Maine falls short since our law requires a "duty to retreat" outside of the home.

Not being aware of that, I thought I'd share. Apparently if Ethan Strimley if fn with us on the streets of portland, we need to turn tail and run.

RE: "duty to retreat"
Ethan Strimley, the little smarmy left-wing bimbo that uses school children as props for gun safety/control/seizure, and bonks his campaign manager? The asshole who supposedly got his head shaved recently? Just what Portland needed-a bald two faced Marxist glitter boy for mayor. Damn good place for him if he has to be in Maine I suppose.

BTW, is it just me, or would you not instantly become more vulnerable outside the home? Or is that the idea of our cadre of Augusta morons of which pretty-boy Strimley was once part of?

Pretty much. It would be nice if he went back to New York to practice being one though.

Times change, At least Chitwood went southwest

Interesting link above about Chitwood, you will see that there are posts made by Anonymous that are at some point edited by George. If you don't know who George is, maybe you haven't posted on AMG for 18 years.

RE: "duty to retreat"
I do not understand why liberals are so upset about the Fl shooting, it can't be about the children, after all they love the abortion clinics, even give them our tax dollars. They must be afraid of guns, and why after all these school shootings are schools still gun free zones, libs have blood on their hands again and again.

RE: "duty to retreat"
Most Marxists don't have children, too messy, that whole changing diapers, two parents working etc, paying taxes, nurturing, whether to send them to a liberal Marxist school or somewhere they could be a Marxist worker, that was a joke.

Naw best to just assimilate other's children, It Takes a Village, indoctrination, bring in Migrants that want bigger government, have no concept of private property, those people can breed and vote. And for God's sake make sure whatever guns whomever has can be quickly confiscated once the cultural revolution is done.

A picture that the liberal one-worlders hope for America, one of diversity, meaning a redistribution of wealth from the middle class to others while the upper crust retains the control.

RE: "duty to retreat"
The liberals get ‘cricket-ized’ and go wicked silent when their pro-abortion position and value system regarding human life is introduced as a topic for discussion. You know about the procedure for late term abortions right? Withdraw the head…..cut the spinal cord with the scissors…..poke a hole in the head and vacuum the brains out.

And then when the media splashes a school shooting on the front page the deluded libs decide guns kill kids and go horrified on us.
Sick.

http://www.lifenews.com/2017/12/09/two-c...lose-down/

In what is the first successful prosecution in the scandal involving Planned Parenthood, the abortion industry, and the sale of aborted baby parts, two companies that sold aborted baby parts for the nation’s biggest abortion company have been forced to close down.

The two California-based companies reached a settlement with the Orange County District Attorney’s office of almost $8 million dollars. As a result of the settlement the two companies will close up shop over the next couple of months and will no longer be selling parts from babies killed in abortions for Planned Parenthood or anyone else.

The companies had faced a lawsuit accusing them of illegally selling parts of aborted babies’ brains for as much as $1,100 from 2009-2015 to to pharmaceutical companies and academic institutions in Japan, China, Singapore, South Korea, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, the Netherlands, Canada and the United Kingdom. The suit alleged that DaVinci Biosciences and its sister company DV Biologics sold hundreds of fetal tissue products (aborted babies’ body parts) and stem cells to research facilities for a profit.
David Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, which exposed Planned Parenthood and medical groups peddling aborted babies’ body parts in a series of undercover videos, said the abortion chain is a long-time partner of the two companies.
“For eight years, Planned Parenthood supplied aborted baby hearts, lungs, brains, and intestines to DV Biologics, which DV Biologics then resold for profit,” Daleiden said. “In exchange for merely providing access to aborted baby body parts, Planned Parenthood received kickback contributions from DaVinci Biosciences over the course of their eight-year contract.

More here…..

“Planned Parenthood has actively participated in illegal activity, selling the body parts of aborted babies in exchange for profit,” said Johnson. “They’ve lied to the very women they purport to fight for. I saw it first-hand when I worked for the abortion giant and yet, they still manage to obtain over half a billion dollars a year in our tax dollars.”

Outrage? We don't need no stinking outrage; we need to disarm the American people. Not.

RE: "duty to retreat"
Just start calling the schools to Planned Parenthood Clinics, problem solved.

https://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/ter...illion-tax

"This screen capture from page 31 of Planned Parenthood's 2016-2017 annual report lists the group's claim that its affiliates did 321,384 abortions in fiscal 2016: "
Damn they sure are busy murdering children

" This screen capture from page 34 of Planned Parenthood's 2016-2017 annual report lists the group's claim that its affiliates received $543.7 million in government funding in the year that ended on June 30, 2017:"
Now that is something Liberals can hang their hats on.
